My guest today is Wendy Bertagnole, a self-professed imperfect mom.  She helps moms who are confused or frustrated by kids’ behavior by helping them understand why the behavior is happening, and use the easiest and most positive methods possible to address those so she can have a peaceful home and better relationship with her child.

I met Wendy randomly enough through Pinterest!  Following that one pin and down the rabbit hole led me to a friendship I will always cherish because she helped unlock some of the wacky reason’s for behavior at my house.  She helped me switch my viewpoint from annoyed and frustrated to compassionate and empathetic toward my boys.

We explore all the reasons your child avoids taking showers, resists a hug or touch in general, prefers specific types of clothes, and how this affects them on the day-to-day basis.  Wendy shares with us what sensory processing is and relates it to cups.  Listen to the podcast as she explains the needs that ALL humans have including your teen.
